Technician (Former Employee) says

"This is the absolute worst place in the entire world to work. They never let you know anything regarding your performance until BAM you’re fired. Yup. Just like that, they’ll let you go with no warning. The reason why people work everyday forever is because this company sells the products before they’re made based on an 80% rate of operation (ROO). Most lines operate at probably 60% ROO on a daily basis, due to them being so old and outdated, so you can do the math to know you’ll never EVER catch up! This results in employees working either 10 or 12 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY. Keep trying elsewhere to find a job, because THIS PLACE SUUUUCCCCKKKKKSSS."

Assembly Line Worker (Current Employee) says

"Denson wants you to work a lot of days and hours. They will tell you one thing get your Hopes up and then change. The salary doesn't add up to the years of service that a person has worked."

"Horrible place to work terrible pay horrible conditions cold dirty where I had to work management don't care and don't listen to anything you say corners are cut"

Associate (Former Employee) says

"Group leaders aid in drug deals . Harrassment is everywhere . No accountability. Management is a joke. Close to worst job I ever had . I saw alot in my years here . Also when you work at denso your chance at divorce goes up . They tell you all these great benefits and get you hyped up on the change you will make coming in the door but then you see that good ole boy system at play."

Assembler (Former Employee) says

"Place is a complete joke. Agency staff treated like cattle. It would be minus 5 stars if possible. Worked here and broke my back for them working 12 hour days. Promised the earth (a contract), only to be called into a meeting one day to be told over 90% of agency staff were been let go. They left if to the recruitment agency to tell us, didn't even get a thank you or anything from any of the management. Its a spineless company and I would tell anyone to run a mile!"

Sub Leader (Former Employee) says

"Very young and immature employees. management is very inexperinced in every single aspect of the job. Please explore ALL other options before considering this dumpster fire."

Nedostal jsem šanci (Former Employee) says

Flex Associate (Former Employee) says

"Just look at the people who have been there for a while. They are 30, 40, 50 and look 70. Don’t have a family or get sick. Expect to work weekends after working 10 to 12 hr days through the week. Management will not look out for you. They throw people under the bus. I have nothing good to say about this company and neither do most people."

Manufacturing Engineer (Former Employee) says

"Don't work here. They are cheap and have a "buddy" management club! They don't respect their people and let Managers who are not experienced in their roles run the place!"

operador de maquinas (Former Employee) says

"Aprendi muito com meus colegas de trabalho e mas meu esforço pessoal"

Machine operator (Former Employee) says

"yes there is a 30 minute lunch break. but the people (including the staff) only cared fo themselvesand could have cared less if you were there or not. the people that worked there were stinky and not at all respectful of anyone else"

Production Associate/Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"Management are backstabbing and ar lie and let's them disrespect and tells associates they are there for them then nothing is never done and they never get back to you on how they are handling it."

Associate (Former Employee) says

"Terrible company to work for. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to this company. They do not pay at all. Raises are non existent and bonuses are a joke. In 4 years they averaged $200. There are absolutely no opportunities for job advancement at all. They treat you like robots. Everyone goes to lunch at the same time and everyone returns to work at the same time. They watch everything you do all day. Very regimented. You are a hostage to your chair. They turn off every other light in the building to save money. Seriously, there was only one light in the bathroom. The carpet is filthy from food stains, all the desks and chairs are more than 10 to 15 years old. They don't have work from home opportunities. They will tell you they do, but the reality is they don't trust anyone to work from home. The management is horrible and I have personally watched many managers get demoted. Systems are more than 40 years old so there are always always problems. They will always try to the cheap route instead of investing in systems that actually work. The morale is absolutely horrible and many of the senior managers have left the company because it's run so terrible. Part of the problem is that they bring Japanese ex pats in to run the company. While they are very nice, you must train them and that takes a couple of years. What's scary is that some of the people at this company have had the same job for more than 20 years! Thats because there is no advancement opportunities available. You will never get approved for training ever and forget about going to a conference, that"
